SPA POLICIES:

1) All appointments made for two or more clients require a credit card (not charged) to hold the spot.

2) Daily specials may not be combined with any other offer.

3) We realize that there are times when a patron will be late for an appointment. In such instances, the allotted time for a service will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment.

4) Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before an appointment so you will have time to prepare for the treatment and enjoy it to the fullest.

5) Appointments for multiple services and for some individual services have to be guaranteed by credit card - ask for details.

6) No refund is possible if an appointment or service is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. A cancellation number will be issued, and all no-show appointments will be charged and billed to your account.

6) A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks.

7) Gratuities are accepted by cash and check only.

8) All returns and exchanges are valid for up to 30 days after initial purchase
