Dazzle Dry Transform*

Transform smooths out nail imperfections to create a strong, vibrant, gel-like finish. When adding Transform into your Dazzle Dry system, it is applied on top of your dry base coat layers. Transform needs a full 5 minutes to dry before you can apply the next layer of your manicure.
