Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our team and other guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and all no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee, while cancellations made with greater than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50%. Failure to make your scheduled appointment will be charged 100%. All appointments are charged in advance at the time of booking and may require a credit card guarantee. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early, as late arrivals may result in shortened services without fee adjustments. A $20 fee applies to returned checks, a 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax will be added to all product purchases, and an 18% gratuity is applied to parties of three or more.
