What to Bring With You to a Hyannis Spa Appointment

You've booked your massage or facial at Body Sense Day Spa. You know the address. You know the time. But what should you actually bring with you?

The short answer: less than you think. But there are a few things that make your Hyannis spa experience better.

First, bring your ID. We need it for check-in, especially if you're paying with a card or if you have a membership. Second, bring your phone, but plan to put it away. We have lockers for your belongings. Your phone doesn't need to be in the treatment room with you. Part of what makes a spa visit work is actually disconnecting for an hour.

If you have specific skin concerns or allergies, bring a list or tell us when you arrive. We ask about this during check-in, but if you know you react badly to certain ingredients or scents, let us know upfront. Our Repechage facials are gentle and designed for most skin types, but we want to make sure we're using products that work for you.

Don't bring a lot of makeup. You'll be washing your face during your facial anyway, and heavy makeup just means more work for our estheticians. Come as you are. Your skin doesn't care what you look like when you walk in.

Wear comfortable clothes. You'll be changing into a robe for your treatment, so wear something easy to take off and put back on. Avoid anything too tight or complicated. Comfort matters.

Arrive about ten minutes early. This gives you time to check in, use the restroom, and settle in without feeling rushed. Rushing defeats the purpose of being here.

That's it. You don't need much. What you need is to show up, relax, and let us take care of you. Everything else is just logistics.
