Cancellation & Appointment Policy – A Note from Kelly

We completely understand that life happens — schedules shift, emergencies arise, and plans change. As a courtesy to all our guests and our team, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting.

Please note the following policies:
    •   Appointments are charged in full at the time of booking.
   •    Cancellations made with greater than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
   •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
   •    Failure to make your scheduled appointment will be charged 100%.

If you need to make changes, please don’t hesitate to call or text us at (508) 775-7546 — we’re here to help.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service. If you arrive late, your service time may need to be adjusted accordingly, with no change in fee.

Some appointments — especially those involving multiple services — may require a credit card guarantee.

We appreciate your understanding and support of these policies, which help us continue providing the highest level of care and service to each guest.

Additional Notes:
   •    No refunds are available for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
   •    A $20 fee will apply for any returned checks.
   •    A 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax will be added to all product purchases.
   •    For groups of three or more, an 18% gratuity will be automatically applied.
   •    All services are guaranteed with a CREDIT CARD.
   •    There is a $30.00 charge for AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS.
